Cancellation policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount unless the cancellation is due to an emergency.
Our club policy is that members have priority over guests when booking appointments.
If the member requests a time more than 24 hours in advance that a guest has booked, the member gains priority.
