
David graduated from Virginia Tech where he played college golf. After earning a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering he came to Sleepy Hollow where he worked for head professional, Tommy Murphy, for three years.
David has been a PGA professional for more than 20 years and earned PGA Master Professional status in 1993.
David has a strong playing record with several wins to his credit. He has also been recognized for his service to the game with the Metropolitan PGA Horton Smith Award as well as the Ely Callaway Award.
David currently serves on the PGA of America's rules committee and has officiated several PGA Championships and the Masters.
